Eww... look at the oil in our (overused) chip fryer...
But we don't want to throw it away, because it has the taste of chippy goodness locked in it (and it'd cost about £2.50 to replace...) So we filter the gunk out instead.
Humm. We really need a funnel for this operation.
But as we're engineers, tiny problems like this don't scare us.
